Helium service terms of service

Funny Balloons USA is pleased to offer a helium service for order pickup. Below are the terms for the benefit of our valued customers:

Policy Terms and Conditions

• Minimum wait time: All customers are required to adhere to a minimum wait time of 2 hours before picking up their order.
• Order schedule: If a customer places an order after 4 p.m., they will be asked to wait until the next business day to proceed with pickup. The order will be available for collection 2 hours after opening on said business day.
• In-store Pickup Only: This service is exclusively intended for in-store pickup. We do not offer delivery services for helium orders.
• Customer responsibilities: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with the established wait times and pickup schedules. Orders not collected within the specified deadlines may be subject to additional policies determined by Funny Balloons USA.
• Modifications and cancellations: We do not accept modifications or cancellations once an order is placed.
• Limitation of Liability: Once the customer has picked up their order, Funny Balloons USA shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or accidents that may occur thereafter.

• General conditions: These terms of service complement and are applied alongside the general Terms and Conditions of Funny Balloons USA. By using our helium pickup service, the customer agrees to comply with these terms.
